Barriers for Written communication
There are many different barriers that could affect written communication which may make it difficult to communicate to your audience. For example one barrier for written communication is having big blocks of text in your writing. This will then make your audience or reader not bother to read what you have put and this would then make your audience miss important information. Another barrier for written communication would be if the structure of your work is not set in a logical way. This will then make your audience angry as they would be going back and forth from different points in your text and then may not bother to read what has been written.

To try to reduce the impact of these potential barriers you could use paragraphs in your work. This will ensure that your text isn't all one big block and that the work is spaced out making it easier to read and making it look more interesting. Another way to reduce the impact of these barriers is to structure your documents. your could do this by using subheadings and headings and this will make your work more organised and more logical. This will then make your work more clear for your audience to read the document and they will be able to understand the point you are trying to make.
